Refund & Exchange Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience smooth while maintaining strict quality standards.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • The product must not show any signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage

Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

  • Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences

  • Personal dislike of fabric texture or material

  • Slight measurement differences (within standard tolerance)

Exchange Request Timeline

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

How to Request an Exchange

Or by submitting a request through the Exchange Request section on our website.

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Size/Variant

  • Clear reason for exchange

  • Unboxing video/photos (if applicable)

Exchange Processing Fee

A processing fee of ₹300 per product is applicable for exchanges.

  • Payment confirmation screenshot must be shared via email or WhatsApp to proceed.

  • Exchange process will begin only after payment confirmation.

Return Shipping Options

1️⃣ Reverse Pickup

Once the processing fee is received, our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).

2️⃣ Self-Shipping (Optional)

Customers may choose to self-ship the product.

Our team will provide the return address. After shipping, please share:

  • AWB / Tracking Number

  • Courier Company Name

  • Proof of Delivery (POD)

Refund Policy – Choli Fashion

  • Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

  • Refund eligibility is subject to product inspection and approval.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.
