To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
The product must not show any signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:
Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences
Personal dislike of fabric texture or material
Slight measurement differences (within standard tolerance)
Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

Product name
Size/Variant
Clear reason for exchange
Unboxing video/photos (if applicable)
A processing fee of ₹300 per product is applicable for exchanges.
Payment confirmation screenshot must be shared via email or WhatsApp to proceed.
Exchange process will begin only after payment confirmation.
Once the processing fee is received, our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).
Customers may choose to self-ship the product.
Our team will provide the return address. After shipping, please share:
AWB / Tracking Number
Courier Company Name
Proof of Delivery (POD)

Choli Fashion is not responsible for loss or damage during transit for self-shipped returns.
Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
Refund eligibility is subject to product inspection and approval.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.
