Cancellation Policy

At Choli Fashion, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both customers and our business.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Prepaid & Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only.

  • Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted.

For Prepaid Orders, Customers May Choose:

  • A Credit Note, or

  • A Replacement product of equal value

Refund to the original payment method may be processed depending on the situation and eligibility.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order through:

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Registered name

  • Reason for cancellation

Requests made beyond the 24-hour window will not be eligible.

3. Choli Fashion-Initiated Cancellations

Choli Fashion reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Unavailability of raw materials or product stock

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Payment verification failure

Customers will be notified via email or phone if such cancellation occurs.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • For prepaid orders cancelled by Choli Fashion, the full order amount will be refunded.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or registered bank account.

  • Processing timelines depend on banking partners and payment gateways.

5. Cancellation Charges

For prepaid orders cancelled by the customer within the allowed timeframe:

  • A 2%–3% deduction may apply towards non-refundable payment gateway charges.

  • The remaining balance will be issued as:

    • A refund (if applicable), or

    • A credit note

COD orders typically do not incur gateway deductions.

6. Credit Note Policy

Credit notes issued against cancellations or exchanges are:

  • Valid for 90 days from the date of issue

  • Usable only once

  • Redeemable exclusively on the official Choli Fashion website

Credit notes cannot be extended, transferred, or encashed.
